Discovery

Science and Technology 

We focus on project-based investigations of meaningful topics for children.  Children develop hypothesis and test those hypothesis.  They then analyze data to draw conclusions.

The Project Approach

We engage in Project Work in the classroom, where children are engaged in active meaningful learning pursuits.  Through children’s investigation, fieldwork, and research, they are provided an opportunity for in-depth studies of real-world topics worthy of their attention and efforts.   

Social Studies

We focus on book discussions to encourage children to examine, using process skills, knowledge and understanding of content. Children are offered opportunities to make discoveries and demonstrate their learning.
