Community-Based Partners

Our bookshelves are loving handmade by the team at the Glenville Day Habilitation.  The team includes John, Kurt, Bob, Paul and Dan (pictured below). Brian is the staff that oversees the group.
 
This group of woodworkers has been creating and building furniture, garden beds and planters, seasonal decorative crafts and adaptive items for over 15 years as part of the Glenville Day Habilitation program of the Center for Disability Services. Participants are assisted by several volunteers from the Northeastern Woodworkers Association who help plan projects and teach specific woodworking skills. They all look forward to continuing to work on this worthwhile project with Victory Child Care.
